No equipment modification is required, these bags will fit all industry standard #1 and #2 size bag housings.
Hybrid Filter Elements
The Strainrite Companies delivers a new breed of filter elements. Our Maxx Series of Hybrid Filter Elements combine the best of both worlds in filter bag and cartridge filtration. Madd-Maxx's are designed to increase filtration efficiency of any existing bag filter housing with its larger surface area versus conventional filter bags. With our Maxx series you will see MAXX-imized throughput, MAXX-imized Filtration efficiency, and MINI-mized cost per gallon filtered.
Oil Removal Filter Bags
The Strainrite Companies offers products that substantially reduce oil and grease from aqueous based liquids, such as the Absorb-rite. The Absorb-Rite® bag offers a unique two-in-one design that forces the liquid through the entire length of the filter, therefore uniformly utilizing all the absorbent media. Our Oil Absorption Logs can either be inserted inside a filter bag or can float on top of oil contaminate drums or vats. The unique design enhances the media's ability to "wick" the free oil and grease from contaminated liquid.
Specialty Filter Bags
Our Specialty filter bags reflect the innovation The Strainrite Companies is known for. The Mag Bag attracts microscopic ferrous impurities along the entire length of the magnetic bars inside the filter bag. Our Carbon & Chemical Ready bag features an impervious inner liner that does not allow liquids to escape through the side walls, maximizing contact time with the media. Commonly used medias include: carbon, ion exchange resins, clays, alumina as well as other granular chemicals. The resin bonded filter bag combines the depth loading efficiency of resin bonded cartridges with the greater dirt loading capacity of a filter bag creating the most cost effective method for filtering both low and high viscosity fluids.
