Strainrite pleated depth products offer many filtration benefits. These filters are offered in polypropylene, microglass or resin-bonded polyester and provide reliable, consistent and repeatable filtrate quality. Clarity Pleated Depth Filters come in a variety of efficiency configurations, whether your need is for absolute-rated, nominally rated or gradient density depth.
Clarity Continuous filters are manufactured in continuous lengths without binders or resins resulting in an extremely clean non-fiber releasing filter. Maximum pleat design provides greater surface area, ensuring longer service life, fewer change outs and reduced operating costs per element. Thermally bonded construction without the use of adhesives or binders results in lower extractables. Non-fiber shedding polypropylene support materials eliminate fiber migration and non-fiber shedding polyester supports on select depth materials eliminate fiber migration with higher operating temperatures. Clarity Dual Depth over Membrane Filters incorporate a synchronized media design which utilizes a prefiltration layer up-stream over a final membrane layer -- in the same cartridge. These filters are a pre-filter and a final filter in one and are available in multiple micron ranges and combinations to meet the requirements of your process. NEW TO 2019: SPECIAL PLEAT OPTIMIZED PLEAT GEOMETRY Our depth family of filters now offers a Special Pleat option on select models, which provides expected surface area improvements of as much as 45%. This optimized pleat geometry option was developed for the filtration of process fluids that require a high degree of particle retention and/or constant bacterial barrier for effective sterilization
